The modern and luxurious Villa Anniouta is hidden in the lush, velvety greenery on the slopes of the Cote d’Azur.

The renovation project of Villa Anniouta in Cannes was created by Bezmirno architecture and interior design studio commissioned by the development company APRILIS. The task that the Bezmirno team faced was to develop a new villa on the site of the existing one. This is the second time we have cooperated with this customer, and knowing each other’s tastes and approaches to work, we easily accomplished the task. Good communication, experience, and aspirations all contributed to the work and the ultimate goal.

The two-story villa with a swimming pool has everything to make rest and living comfortable. Separate areas for dining, reading, sunbathing, swimming, games, etc. The villa’s spacious territory allows to combine all types of recreation.

The breathtaking view surrounding the villa guided the design style. Only greenery, sea, and sky are visible from the villa’s windows. No neighboring houses, no disturbing sounds, just your comfort and privacy with nature.

A contemporary villa in Cannes is designed for the discerning, because everything here is thought out to the last detail. Functional planning allows several companies to live comfortably at once. The interior is decorated in light colors with juicy splashes of bright paintings and decor.

The ground floor is a common area with a dining room, kitchen, living room and lounge. The private terrace with a swimming pool, directly from the living room, is a time-saving convenience that visually adds more space. Here you can meet warm mornings or hold loud parties, everyone can find their own space and comfort.

The second floor is a zone of calm and tranquility. The bedrooms are located on this floor.

Ground floor or basement – a block with technical rooms and entertainment. There are a cinema, a wine room, a gym and a garage.

Our team tried to give the villa a new lease of life. By improving the facade and completely changing the design of the villa, we tried to make every functional solution as aesthetically pleasing as possible.
